The
objectives of the NCWA are: to promote watermelon consumption in North
Carolina and the U.S., to provide support for the NC State watermelon
research and extension programs, and to host the annual meeting where
members can share information on watermelon research, production, and
marketing.
NCWA membership is open to growers, shippers, buyers, seed companies,
and associated groups interested in watermelon production.
